Disciplinary regulations, code of conduct and procedures
Introduction
Dorset Indians Cricket Club has adopted the following Discipline Regulations, Code of Conduct and Procedures, which are referred based on the ECB Model Discipline Regulations (1).
A non-profit organization (NPO) is one which is not driven by profit but by dedication to a given cause that is the target of all income beyond what it takes to run the organization. Non-profit organizations are often used for trusts, cooperatives, advocacy, charity, environmental and religious groups.
Aims & Jurisdiction
These regulations shall apply to any player representing Dorset Indians Cricket Club and are intended to provide assistance and uniformity to all Clubs in dealing with any alleged breach of the Code of Conduct and The Spirit of Cricket.
It is intended that any alleged breach of the Code of Conduct and The Spirit of Cricket should be reported to, and dealt with by, Dorset Indians Cricket Club's Disciplinary Committee.
Dorset Indians Cricket Club's Disciplinary Committee shall be made up by the Club Chairman (Disciplinary Committee Chairman), Secretary of the club and Club/Team Captain (s) or any other members of the Club appointed by the Club Chairman.

Code of Conduct
DICC & Sports Club Ltd. is committed to maintaining the highest standards of behaviour and conduct. THIS APPLIES TO ALL MEMBERS INCLUDING GUESTS of DICC & Sports Club Ltd. There may be any subsequent updates as may be in force periodically, and by their presence on club premises or at club events/activities are deemed to have accepted and to abide by the provision of this Code and other other relevant Rules & Regulations that Dorset Indians Cricket Club has adopted. The Code of Conduct incorporates The Spirit of Cricket (2), as set out below.
Individual players should have their own insurance for accidents and liable death. If they have an accident it is at their own risk and the club will not be responsible for deaths and damage.
